Refund Policy

FTA products are digital strategy products. Because digital products can be accessed after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate purchases, accidental double charges, or a technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved by support.

Coaching purchases may be reviewed if the session has not been scheduled or delivered. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and completed sessions are not automatically refundable.

Digital Product Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered through the FTA website, Account, and approved product access pages.

After purchase, members should create or log into their FTA account using the same email used at checkout. Once access is matched, purchased products appear inside Account.

Some products may include videos, written guides, downloads, update logs, and Discord support. If a video, download, or guide is marked “coming soon” or “download pending,” it will be added to the product page once ready.

Access Policy

Buying any paid FTA product makes the buyer an FTA Elite member. FTA Elite confirms paid status but does not automatically unlock every product.

N7 unlocks the N7 Build Your Own Defense Framework.
G7 unlocks the G7 Build Your Own Offense Framework.
FTA Lab unlocks Lab content, N7, G7, updates, and Lab resources.
FTA Legend unlocks current-year FTA digital content including N7, G7, gameplans, current-year ebooks, and FTA Lab access.
Coaching unlocks coaching instructions and classroom access.

If a purchased product does not appear in Account, contact support with your checkout email and order details.

Discord Role Timing

Discord is used for community, questions, support, updates, and member discussion. The website is the main place for product access.

Some Discord roles may be assigned manually during launch. Manual role assignment may take up to 24 hours after purchase.

If your role is missing, post in access-help or contact support with your checkout email, order number, Discord username, and product purchased.

Coaching Scheduling Policy

Coaching is separate from normal digital product access unless specifically included in a promotion.

Coaching may include gameplay review, walkthroughs, private notes, coaching classroom access, and scheduling instructions.
